On Tuesday, June 9, the High Council of Justice reviewed materials regarding the dismissal of judges from their positions under general circumstances. This was reported by the HCJ.

The High Council of Justice decided to dismiss Lyudmyla Mykhailivna Semenova from the position of judge of the Vitovsky District Court of Mykolaiv Region due to the submission of a resignation application.

Earlier, the HCJ dismissed three judges in connection with the submission of resignation applications.

In addition, judges Oleksiy Halahan, Nataliya Dobrivska, and Vasyl Fedyniak were dismissed upon retirement.
