Ukrainians reminded of the main sanitary and hygienic requirements for beaches and recreational areas on water bodies
Mass recreational areas for the population on water bodies are defined in accordance with the "Procedure for accounting for mass recreational areas for the population on water bodies," approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine Resolution dated 06.03.2002 No. 264 (with amendments from 2008). This was reminded by the Main Department of the State Consumer Service in Ternopil region.
The main requirements for the maintenance and operation of these improvement facilities are provided by current regulatory legislation, in particular, the State sanitary norms and rules for maintaining the territories of populated areas (with amendments introduced from 08.04.2025), approved by the Order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine dated 17.03.2011 No. 145.
