The High Council of Justice approved the resignation requests and dismissed five judges from their positions.

Dismissed judges:

  • Natalia Roha — judge of the Commercial Court of Odesa region;
  • Taras Andreychuk — judge of the Obolonsky District Court of Kyiv;
  • Maxym Vyshnyak — judge of the Solomiansky District Court of Kyiv;
  • Nataliia Petrenko — judge of the Sviatoshynskyi District Court of Kyiv;
  • Oksana Rudnichenko — judge of the Kyiv Court of Appeal.

As previously reported by the "Judicial and Legal Newspaper", in its 2025 report the HCJ emphasizes that the shortage of judges has turned into a systemic crisis. Most judges are working at the limit of their capacity, which complicates ensuring timely and quality justice.
