The Svitlovodsk City District Court of Kirovohrad region canceled the decision of the Territorial Recruitment Center imposing a fine of 17 thousand UAH on a military liable person for failure to appear upon summons, establishing the absence of evidence of proper delivery of the summons and proper notification of the person about the need to report to the recruitment center.
